Carrington is one of the 10 privately-owned bungalows in the lushly-landscaped Castle Close Complex.  It features a living and dining area with a peaked ceiling, a kitchen, and a patio edged with tropical flora.  A separate bedroom wing, located across a covered breezeway, includes two identical bedroom suites, each with a dressing area and bathroom. 
Carrington has its own large pool to the side of which is a gazebo for shade by the pool side and from which there is a view overlooking the beach and ocean below as the property is located on the cliff edge.  Just steps away to the South East of the property is access to the stairway provding access to the palm-shaded beach that lies below the Castle Close area.
