Porters Place is comprised of 21 free-standing villas in a quiet pocket of lush vegetation and mature trees in the parish of St James, on the west coast of Barbados.
Fully detached, freehold luxury villas, architecturally designed to facilitate seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. Each luxury villa is positioned on a plot of approximately 5,000 square feet offering either 3 or 4 generous double bedrooms and 3 or 4 bathrooms respectively. The 3 bedroom villas are arranged over 1,800 square feet of covered area while the 4 bedroom option extends to 2,195 square feet of covered space with dedicated exterior patio space of approximately 1,000 square feet for either configuration. Entertaining will flow seamlessly from within the villa to the covered dining area and onto the deck surrounding either the 14′ or 20′ pool.

Rain water collection tanks, solar water heating and photovoltaic systems will ensure close to net-zero consumption for electricity and water. The garden surrounding each villa is designed to be ultra-low maintenance while maintaining lush and bountiful plant life, providing a warm and healthy perimeter to every building.

Your own spot on the beach. A dedicated extension for Porters Place residents offering a variety of delicious drinks and a place to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean sea. Grab a beach lounger and umbrella or just sit and socialise with friends and family with a cocktail, coffee or light bite to eat, followed by a signature local rum punch sundowner and watch the waves break in front of you.

With privacy in mind we have opted for a detached structure to ensure peace and quiet for all residents, whilst encouraging a community feel with our farmers garden, gym, open green spaces and common areas, allowing for social interaction and activities.
Organic farm
Our organic community garden will provide residents with the opportunity to access or harvest beautiful organic heads of lettuce, heirloom tomatoes and a multitude of fruits and vegetables. Our organic garden maintenance program will ensure you have a healthy and chemical free option to serve in your own kitchen.
