This complex is located on a busy corner spot right by a major intersection.  It currently comprises several retail businesses & services.  It serves as a major hub within the community as it is within walking distance to public and private transportation and just down the hill from several neighbourhoods and a secondary school.

The building is constructed of coral stone & concrete blocks.  It is on a corner lot, is rectangular in shape and abuts the main road and a minor road.
