Upstairs has the remaining rooms. There are about 5 different bedroom configurations, making it easy for a variety of families and friends who may be travelling together.

The roof deck level is outfitted with A/C, condensers and solar panels.  Note that there is currently approval to add another floor if so desired. Towards the rear there is a parking lot.

A stroll to the beach is just one minute away, there is a mini mart within a 3-minute walk and with a variety of restaurants as well.
