Once up the wooden stairs, the main area is an open expanse on a concrete floor, with an enclosed structure at the rear. This enclosed area is divided into two, but can be configured differently. Above this space is a storage area. There is no AC in the enclosed area. The bathroom is shared and on the lower level, in another building.
