There are four bedrooms, two of which open to the pool terrace. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. The property has attractive high ceilings and has a breezy open plan design.

There is a large pool and covered verandahs on both the north and south sides of the central great room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate laundry room.
