The unit is plumbed for a washing machine, but providing one is the responsibility of the tenant, there are drying lines on the outside . There is a double bed, a dining table with two chairs and a sofa in the main area, along with kitchen area with built-in cupboards, hard surface countertops, two door refrigerator and 4 burner gas stove. There is a water storage tank that will pump water to the unit in the event there is a water outage, and all water supplied is filtered.

THE RENTAL RATE INCLUDES WATER AND ELECTRICITY, THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WI-FI & GAS ( THERE ARE 2- 50lb BOTTLES OF GAS PROVIDED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TENANCY, THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFILLS THEREAFTER.
