Lower Greys House

A two acre hidden gem nestled in the country side, yet close to the commercial centers of Bridgetown and Warrens,  Lower Greys House offers a stunning and serene plantation experience. Expanded from a Barbadian “single house”, this historic property once housed members of the illustrious Senhouse family. The present owner purchased the property in 2007 and beautifully restored and expanded it to what it is today.  It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac which provides a private retreat.

This historic plantation estate enjoys cool breezes, luscious grounds with many different flowering plants, 2 Koi ponds, and a double garage. It was definitely a labour of love transforming the past structure into something more modern while keeping the integrity of the plantation feel.
