Liz Inniss has extensive real estate experience both in Florida where she was a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtor for over 10 years. In Barbados she had 15 years experience with Terra Caribbean and also was certified by the University of British Columbia in Real Property Law.
Liz specializes in Residential and Commercial sales and long term leasing. She is well known in real estate circles in Barbados, is a member of Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA). She is in a position to offer personalized services to the clientele.Norman Inniss has 17 years of Real Estate experience in Orlando Florida, and was a broker with his own firm. The company sold, leased and managed, both commercial & residential real estate, but also specialized in real estate appraisals. He was a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, a certified SRA member of the Appraisal Institute, was a Florida State Certified Residential Appraiser. He conducted thousands of appraisals for financial institutions, the Employee Relocation Council and individual clients. In Barbados he has experience in listings, sales, long term leasing, valuations and is a residential member of the Valuation Council of Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA).
