St. Silas Heights - Furnished Accommodation and Car included in rental

There are 2 apartments available for short term or (long term) stays. One apartment is upstairs.  One is downstairs.
This St James property is tastefully furnished, has a relaxing ambience and pretty views. Less than 10 minutes drive away, its location places you within easy reach of the Welches and Warrens Commercial area, Holetown on the west coast and Speightstown in the north.  It is also 25 minutes to Bridgetown.
Downstairs
It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have built room cupboards. One bedroom  is airconditioned  while the second room has a large window and overhead ceiling fan. 
The apartment is fully furnished with a living room set, dining room set, television in the living room, all cutlery, linens. Wifi and cable are available on the property.  
Can comfortably sleep 3 to 4 persons.
The apartment comes with a car for your short term stay to make moving around the island easier. Please let us know whether you will need the car so arrangements will be made in advance to have it ready. 
Also note that minimum rental is 1 week - 6 nights / 7 days.
Daily - US$70 (Summer) / US$100 (Winter) . Rates include accomodation and car
 
Upstairs
Spacious accomodation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms with ac units.  The third bedroom has a doube sofa bed and a patio which is enclosed.  Washing machine and dryer. Perfect for short or longer term rental.
The apartment can host up to 6 persons on holiday.
Rates start at US$90 a night for 4 persons (without a car).   US$125 a night with a car.
An additional US$10 is charged per night when occupancy exceeds 4 persons.
