The apartment is located on the second level in a spacious circular enclave of the Tennis Village with views of the manicured gardens and a large communal pool.  You are a minutes' walk from the Clubhouse and the tennis courts.  The apartment has two bedrooms, both air conditioned, one bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony for lounging and dining.
Sugar Hill has four flood-lit courts and you can book a session and hire equipment and there is a tennis clinic and Sunday Club if you need a  partner for a game.  
The Deck at Sugar Hill is the on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also available are a selection of champagne and wine, cocktails and freshly roasted coffee served throughout the day. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views and the most colourful sunsets.  Spend time swimming in the large infinity pool while soaking up the sunshine and the views.  There is a smaller pool which is perfect for younger residents. The second swimming pool is located in the Tennis Village where C212 is located in and which also has a separate pool which is ideal for children. Both pool areas have sun loungers and pool umbrellas for shade for your use.
For the fitness enthusiast there is a full gym with treadmills, upright bikes, rowing machine, elliptical machines, free weights, medicine balls, stretch bands, mats, step machines and more. Personal training sessions can be arranged with reception.  The fitness studio schedules yoga, pilates and personal training during the high season.
The Clubhouse Lounge has table tennis,board games, card games and TV with full channel selection. There is also a children’s play area featuring slide, swings, climbing ropes, rock climbing to keep the youngest entertained.
The nearest beach is located about a 5 minute drive down the hill near Colony Club.
