Moonshine 315 is a very well maintained and tastefully furnished one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for holiday rental at Rockley Golf & Country Club, Christ Church. This ground floor unit is situated on the 3rd Fairway of the golf course and nestled cozily behind a row of shady trees. Moonshine 315 has a king size bed in the bedroom, air conditioning, an open plan kitchen, living and dining room which leads out onto the patio, cable TV and internet. This holiday rental apartment has access to a central communal pool and common laundry area which is specific to the Moonshine cluster. RATES PER NIGHT (For 2 people)
Summer (15 April to 15 December) USD $120 per night
Winter (15 December to 15 April) USD $155 per night
PLEASE NOTE THE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% TAX. PLEASE NOTE: The rate includes maid service once a week. All linens and towels are provided. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing & laundry detergents and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for any additional requirements during your stay. The communal pool in Moonshine is equipped with several loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas. PAYMENT TERMS: There is a 25% deposit due on booking. Balance of payment is due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.
