Villatre is a three bedroom single level villa located in the gated community of Mullins Bay.   This beautifully decorated villa rents as a two bedroom as the owners bedroom is locked off.  Villatre has a private pool and just across the road from Mullins Beach.
The spacious outdoor area is an ideal place to sit and relax, read a book or head out to the pool area to soak in the sun while sipping a cool cocktail.  Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for shade.  Ceiling fans keep the patio area cool and comfortable.  The pool measures 10 x 17 feet.
Both bedrooms are king beds and have ceiling fans and air conditioning.  Modern bathrooms with large shower and vanity.  
The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances - perfect for those that love to cook, or arrange for a cook to come and prepare local delicacies.  
Housekeeper is available 5 days a week and will refresh linens and towels and take care of your personal laundry.  Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 (including infants/children).
